The Silver Sport 2 is a great standard wheelchair for an incredible price.  The vinyl upholstery is easy to wash and sanitize. The wheelchair is easy to fold into a closed position and open again when ready to use.

Customizable, to provide a more comfortable fit.

The Silver Sport 2 has Dual-axle capabilities, this means that your wheelchair can transform from standard to hemi height. Hemi height is about 2″ lower than standard seating. Hemi height allows the user to more easily self-propel and is also beneficial for a person who is shorter than 5′ tall.

Thus, the the floor-to-seat height is adjustable from 17.5” (for shorter users or those who propel with their feet) to 19.5” (for average to taller height adults).

The 3-position front casters adjust the front seat height to ensure the front seat height aligns with the rear wheel adjustment, in standard or hemi height. 

The adjustable swing-away foot rest easily and quickly can be adjusted to make the Silver Sport 2 more comfortable when using for longer trips. An optional Elevating Leg Rest (ELR) can also be purchased.

The Silver Sport 2 comes in 3 sizes: 16", 18" or 20" wide seats.

The weight capacity for each size seat increases as the seat size increases in width;

16" wide seat: 250 lbs capacity

18" wide seat: 300 lbs capacity

20" wide seat: 350 lbs capacity

Keeping your Silver Sport 2 safe and clean.

The backrest and seat have embossed vinyl upholstery that’s very durable and lightweight.  Vinyl makes the upholstery easy to clean and won't absorb any spills or incontinence accidents.  The vinyl upholstery also comes with approximately 1" of padding sewn in for your comfort.

The wheelchair is made safe for transfers with the push-to-lock brakes.  The maintenance-free urethane tires mounted on durable composite wheels means you don't have to worry about getting a flat tire or having to inflate tires.
