• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Caring for a family member who can't care for themself can be stressful. Monotonous. Even depressing at times. Whenever I go to Advanced Mobility to make a purchase or have something repaired, these people are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I feel like they understand me and my situation. And it's not just one or two of them - they ALL are awesome. From the owner to the sales person to the young man who folded up and put a new wheelchair in my SUV, kudos to every single one of them. • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in need of a medical bed for my husband's hip surgery, Advanced Mobility was able to accommodate me on short notice.  The pleasant young man phoned on his way to deliver.  Brought it up a flight of stairs and hooked it all up for us.  A few days after my husband's surgery, I realized I also needed a lift recliner.  I made a request for one on Sunday, by Monday morning it was delivered.  They only charged me one delivery fee.  If you are in need of medical equipment I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!  NICEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.  THANK YOU.  June 2023

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband has minimally invasive surgery this week and was suppose to be minimal recovery.  Unfortunately, it was complicated.  Suddenly had immediate need for a lift chair.  We arrived home from the hospital around 2pm, called Advanced Mobility around 3:15pm.  The lady was courteous, understanding and was able to help.  Ralph had a chair set up at home the next morning by 8:40am.  Reasonably priced rental, caring, courteous, and fast service.  Highly recommend!  November 2021

I am in Michigan and she needed a new wheelchair.  I called and spoke with Linda and within a few days my mother had her new wheelchair. Linda delivered the wheelchair to her without any extra charge. Plus she took two of them to make sure she had the right fit for my mother. That kind of service is hard to find. Last week the chair's controller broke. I called the manufacturer in Pennsylvania, but no one called me back. In a panic, I called Advanced Mobility, and spoke to Carolyn. She took down all my information and put me in contact with Joe, who ordered a new controller for me even though they don't sell the brand chair that my mother has. • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was about to have major surgery and knew I'd need a lift chair/recliner for the first couple weeks post surgery.  Advanced Mobility rents lift chairs.  I visited the store and the paperwork process was quick and easy.  I was called on the delivery day and told the time frame when the delivery would be made.  The chair was delivered on time and the delivery man carried it into my home and set it up exactly where I wanted it.  When my one month rental was up, the chair was picked up promptly and courteously.  Advanced Mobility made the entire process easy and I highly recommend them if you need medical equipment rental.   June 2020

I'm a paraplegic and when it's inoperable, I loose all my independence.  I called and spoke with the owner, Kim and their sales rep Linda, to explain my disappointment.  Well, SURPRISE SURPRISE ... • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am truly impressed with the service I received today at Advanced Mobility Medical Depot. I sent an email detailing my "wish list" and received a prompt, helpful reply. I went in and am so glad I did! Had I ordered the type of mobility scooter I thought I wanted online, I could have had a world of trouble. My car is too small to SAFELY transport a scooter on a lift. Safety is very important to me as I imagine it is to all of us with mobility issues. I would have also ordered a scooter too big for anything other than an SUV to carry. What I loved was that I received courteous, attentive service but no one tried to sell me anything. We spent time going over my list, I test drove the scooter I liked, I was given excellent instructions and they put it in my trunk for me. I recommend this locally owned and operated store. • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I read the reviews, and then went to the store. I knew the store carried the makes of chair I wanted, but I was not sure of the model or, frankly, the dealer. I had seen the store when I picked up pizza, but that was it. What a pleasant surprise~! The staff here is patient and attentive. We visited several times before our purchase. They could not have been nicer, helped with model selection and fabric choices. There was never any pressure, no up-sell, no pricing games. They are honest, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about their product, and I would recommend them to anyone for any product they carry. They had far more items than I knew about, and we made a small purchase our first time in. We ordered my chair in a custom fabric, and we were told it might take a month, which was fine, but were surprised when the store called a week later to bring the chair over at our earliest convenience! They came at the time we asked, set the chair up quickly and without creating a mess, took away all debris, and inspected the chair in the exact spot we asked. They also explained all controls and features. The chair was everything I wanted, and the folks I dealt with were wonderful! Often in Florida, it seems that people don't seem to care about their customers or ding business with you, but these people really do. A week later, there was an adjustment needed to the chair (a Golden) for proper function. I called at 11 am, and there was an incredibly nice tech on our doorstep by 2 pm, and he made the adjustments, and would not take a tip. Bottom line - I could not be happier with my chair or the great folks I bought it from. You can come here with great confidence you will be treated well and fairly.  July 2019

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I have utilized Advanced Mobility's services twice now----in 2014 when my father was hospitalized and just now. The staff are exceptional and highly professional and worked with me to get what I needed to take care of my father due to Lee Health discharging him prematurely (he couldn't walk at all). In 2014, the staff helped me for over six (6) months with medical supplies I required to take care of packing a hospital wound that eventually healed with the proper saline and dry packs and bandages. I just rented a wheelchair for my father and the prices cannot be beaten. They even give you the option of purchasing the wheelchair, should you require it permanently with the rent paid out taken off the top. Thank you so much, Advanced Mobility. • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recently, it became necessary to take a 96-year-young person's mobility scooter to Advanced Mobility Medical Depot for repair, without which the user would be immobile. Given the owner's dependence on it, it was necessary for me to pick it up in-between the person's medical appointments, and to get it back within just a couple-of-hours-and-a- half. Linda there was fabulous regarding this timing coordination. Joe the technician was ready to take it right in, and fixed it while I waited in deference to the 96 year-old's medical and daily life sustaining activities. The owners, Tony and Kim joined in to help locate a part. They're all very nice there. They understand elders' needs, and worked as a team in a manner of customer service excellence! • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The owners have been truly amazing! From the first day I met Kim, to today, they have provided the best customer service imaginable. I had total knee replacement surgery on October 11. I was scheduled to go to rehab, and due to unforeseen circumstances, instead found myself going home Oct. 17th. I live alone, no children or family. I had rented a lift recliner which was scheduled for delivery November 1st. I called them the morning of Oct. 16 and asked if they could deliver Oct. 16 due to the fact I was going home! They made it happen and saved my life! The gentleman who delivered went above and beyond! They are so knowledgeable, and have provided me with critical information in order to make an informed decision. I can't thank all the wonderful people at Advanced enough for their help!!! Thanks Big Gov for interfering with small local business.... I was extremely impressed by the assistance I received over the phone from Carolyn, who kindly told me how to go onto the Medicare website and find suppliers near me. She didn't have to do that, she could have just said she couldn't help me. Carolyn took 15 min or so to explain how to navigate the website and was very kind. • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family recently rented and subsequently purchased a "lift" chair through Advanced Mobility & Medical Depot.  The store is well supplied/stocked with just about any type of mobility device or medical supplies offered.  We particularly valued the customer support provided by Carolyn.  An elder relatives fall injury and hip surgery necessitated some mobility work-a-rounds.  These events of course are never planned and a family's urgency is of utmost importance.  Advanced Mobility & Medical Depot provided a new, factory fresh chair delivered to our relatives home within a day of my initial inquiries.   After a brief trial period, the elderly relative loved the chair so well we asked for a purchase offer.  Carolyn waived/credited the 1st month's rental as well as delivery charge for the lift chair.  In addition, she sent us the chair warranty information and offered to help facilitate any future repairs.  This entire process was facilitated over the phone with little effort on our part.  I wish to commend Carolyn for her superior customer service and would recommend Advance Mobility & Medical Depot for anyone seeking medical supplies in the greater Fort Myers area.   April 2018
